Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on a faulty product. You can do this by emailing us at hello@swiftearplugs.com. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. You must have proof of purchase. We cannot offer a refund due to change of mind.
If your return request is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days after we received the item and inspected it. If you've returned for a refund and it's not reflecting, verify your original purchase date, and if the funds are still elusive, kindly inform us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
